A well known consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their affordable and private residential team sitting in the London office.
Responsibilities:
Management and full ownership for all aspects of the project during its life cycle.
You will manage the client and ensure the project is delivered on time and in budget to the highest standard.
You will engage with the construction and design teams to assess risks and find solutions.
Management of the JCT contract.
You will need to demonstrate:
Design, procurement and delivery experience on large scale residential developments including affordable housing.
Excellent communication, and reporting skills;
Front end design and JCT contract administration.
Experience in Project Management processes.
Financial acumen relating to viability and cashflows.
Ability to produce formal reports concerning complex issues and recommendations.
Ability to self motivate, and to work independently.
Qualifications:

Ability to permanently work from home with expectation to attend the London office 2-3 times a month.
Ability to work a 4-day condensed week.
Full responsibility for the life cycle of your projects.
Salary of £53-65k.
