The Commercial Director will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex development projects from inception through to completion. You will be expected to oversee various tasks such as budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and contract management.
You will play a crucial role in:
providing input for development briefs,
establishing development strategies,
monitoring project schedules, and
optimising commercial outcomes in line with the company's aspirations.
It is a necessity that you are proficient in JCT and D&B Contracts, excel modelling, cost control software, and BlueBeam Software.
This position demands a strategic approach to managing costs, schedules, contracts, and overall project success in alignment with the company's vision for creating the best lifestyle experience for residents.
