A new company in the Senior Living market is looking to bolster their land team with a Land Manager. You will report directly to the Head of Land and you will be responsible for:
Identifying opportunities in the Home Counties using a range of methods including - agents, land audits, and change of use
Acquiring sites from identification, due diligence, appraisals, offer, contract, and purchase.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the public sector or RP to join a pro-active and successful small team.
Required Skills & Experience:
Previously held similar positions.
Experience in retirement living, or residential.
Strong negotiation skills.
Commercially aware.
Self-starter with the ability to self-manage.
Track record of completed transactions.
Some planning experience would be an advantage.
This is a London based position and salary offered is up to £60k + bonus based on hitting milestones in the acquisition process.
